Do you make the shapes 3dish using a 3d software and then you edit it in photoshop or do you make everything in ps from scratch?

basically, i think of the logo (or get inspired by magnets =/) make a vector in photoshop (AKA custom shape with the pen tool) use the perspective tool, then do a bunch of other stuff to make it look cool

LOL sure thing.

all im going to do though is hide all the layers, then show them like 3 at a time so they accumulate, making it look like a bunch of WIP updates but explaining the main steps. it'll be for peolpe with moderate photoshop experience because i dont wanna be explaining every little detail. so you should be able to follow no problem ;D. anyways if that made sense, i'll do it some time today or tomorrow. i really have nothing to do until friday...

which reminds me... maybe i should start working on xenicore with axertion. but there's just so much to do i don't know where to start.

I think you should turn the logo horizontal as you then get an 's'-like vector. See? Nice outcome btw
